These were designed as a gift for the wedding of one of my good friends. The design was laser-etched onto the wooden coasters by @tinkeringmonkey.
For California based Stomping Girl Winery, I focused on a simple logo mark that would portray their family's three generations of wine making. As a child, the owner, and his sister, helped by stomping the grapes. The mark depicts a child shirking her duty of stomping the grapes momentairly (as often kids do) to instead daydream about being a ballerina.
A dulcería in Mexico City, the Candy Stop is a minimal, yet beautiful store selling a variety of candies. The gorgeous store itself was architected by ROW studio. The client was looking for a simple, yet clever visual identity to catch the attention of those walking by on the street, both children and adults. After some concept exploration, the client and I landed on a stop sign mark, using well known candies as the red, yellow and green lights.
